The Tanzania Institute of Bankers (TIOB) was established with the mandate of certifying bankers and promoting the banking profession through professional banking education and skills development in Tanzania.

The Institute has launched this survey to gather views from all its members on the effectiveness of various short courses and professional examination programmes it offers.

This process will help to ensure that the Institute designs programmes that respond to the current and future needs of the labour market.
